Beth and her sister Wendy were fantastic hosts. The Aloha House was just as described and provided our group with a comfortable home base to recharge, and take small outings to nearby adventures. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Aloha house! The house is an authentic Hawaiian house (a tropical house that makes you feel part of the surrounding beautiful nature, enjoying the sound of the ocean and the kohee frogs), well maintained, and very clean. The decor is lovely and soothing. It has almost everything you'd need. If you're looking to experience the "real" Hawaii, away from the tourist teaming, groomed resorts of the Waikoloa region, then this location is terrific - the house bathes in beautiful tropical nature, situated only 2-3 minutes walk from the Manini beach, or 8 minutes from the Honaunau bay (The absolute best place for snorkeling, with dolphins and sea turtles abound). Beth and Wendy are very responsive and helpful (though, honestly, there was next to nothing to help with, since everything is explained on little signs dispersed throughout the house). Aloha!

We absolutely loved Beth’s house! From the Lanai we were on every night, the beach was steps away for great snorkeling and kayaking, great neighborhood to walk and run through, great views from the all areas of the home, had a lovely time and would definitely come back!

This Airbnb is situated in a very unique area of Hawaii. We have been pretty much all over the big island and being on this side of the Bay was very cool. The neighborhood was peaceful nature filled. Snorkeling was great and kids loved jumping off a nearby pier into deep water. The hosts were by far the most responsive ever - big Mahalo to Wendy, and Beth. Would definitely come back.

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!

The Aloha House is spectacular in every way. From the beautiful and peaceful garden to the wonderful wraparound deck, accessible from the bedrooms, and overall comfortable accommodations. It is steps away from Manini Beach which is a total paradise - you can put a kayak in Kealakakua Bay just feet away, walk two minutes and swim in the bay or watch dolphins from the beach. Beth is a wonderful host. Can’t wait to go back!
